Discipline & Reporting

All Motion Sports Association is committed to maintaining safe, respectful instructional programs and complying with applicable legal, safeguarding, and organizational standards.

All Motion Sports will:

• Take reasonable steps to address breaches of organization policies.
• Apply disciplinary measures proportionately and fairly.
• Provide an individual with a reasonable opportunity to understand and respond to allegations when appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate records of serious disciplinary matters.
• Report serious safety or misconduct concerns to appropriate authorities when required.
• Cooperate with applicable investigations and processes when required.

Disciplinary action may include a warning, behavioural expectations, temporary restriction, suspension, removal from an activity, or termination of participation or involvement, depending on the seriousness and circumstances of the conduct.

Nothing in this policy prevents All Motion Sports from taking immediate reasonable action when necessary to protect athlete safety.
