Financial, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Motion Sports Association is committed to maintaining clear and transparent financial practices for athletes and families.

Payment

Instruction fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated during registration.

Where offered, families may choose between available lesson packages and payment methods.

Any applicable registration or third-party processing fees may be identified separately during registration.

Cancellation by Participant

Requests to withdraw from a program must be submitted in writing to All Motion Sports.

For instructional session packages:

• Before the program begins: eligible program fees may be refunded, less any non-refundable administrative, registration, processing, or third-party fees already incurred by All Motion Sports.
• Before 50% of the purchased sessions have been completed: the participant may receive a prorated refund for eligible remaining program fees.
• After 50% of the purchased sessions have been completed: program fees are normally non-refundable.

Medical Withdrawal

If an athlete cannot continue participating because of injury or illness, All Motion Sports may provide a prorated refund or credit for the remaining eligible portion of the program.

All Motion Sports may request appropriate medical documentation when necessary.

Program Cancellations

If All Motion Sports cancels a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement session, credit, or appropriate prorated refund.

Sessions cancelled because of circumstances outside All Motion Sports' reasonable control, including facility closures, severe weather, emergencies, or government restrictions, will be handled reasonably based on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

Non-Refundable Costs

Third-party costs already incurred on behalf of a participant may be non-refundable. These may include registration fees, uniforms or merchandise already ordered, online processing fees, and similar committed expenses.

Fines and Financial Penalties

Any fine or financial penalty charged directly to an athlete or family must have a reasonable basis and must be communicated transparently.

All Motion Sports will not impose arbitrary or undisclosed financial penalties.
